DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE CANDLES

​If we made a mistake or your items arrived damaged, we sincerely apologize and will take care of that for you. Please email info@remediumcandle.com with your order number and kindly provide photographs and details of the damages so that we can replace it for you!

 

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

We hope you love your Remedium candles, however, we understand that sometimes a fragrance just isn’t for you. Although we do not accept returns, we are more than happy to exchange an unburned candle for a different fragrance.*

Exchanges must be sent back to our Remedium studio within 30 days of receiving your order. Please return your candle to the address on your packing slip and let us know your desired candle fragrance. We’ll ship your chosen candle back to you for free!

* Made-to-order items, including all ceramic bowl candles, are not eligible for exchanges as these were custom made per the order request.
